Programming biology is our expertise. Our efforts to revolutionize nucleic acid design — whether for RNA or DNA — are principled upon controllable, efficient, and performance-driven design.
Our story
Atombio was founded by scientists and engineers who believed the next leap in therapeutics, diagnostics, and bioengineering would come from learning to program nucleic acids the same way we learned to program software — controllably, efficiently, and at the level of individual molecules.
Today, the team builds AI models that read, write, and optimize RNA and DNA sequences across modalities. Our research powers three products — mRNA design via mRNAutilus, aptamer discovery via AptaBLE, and programmable delivery via AptLNP — all accessible through our no-code AutoNA platform.
We work with research groups, biotechs, and translational programs that want a faster path from target to functional sequence.
