This page describes how Atombio, Inc. ("Atombio", "we", "our") handles personal information collected through atombioworks.com. The site is a marketing surface — there is no user account, no login, and no persistent customer database.

Scope

This policy covers information you submit through the contact form, information collected automatically when you visit the site (anonymous usage analytics), and the third-party services we route that information through.

Contact form data

When you fill out the contact form, you submit a name, email address, topic, subject, and message. The form POSTs directly from your browser to Web3Forms (see "Sub-processors" below), which forwards the submission to the Atombio team mailbox. We use this information solely to reply to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate internal contact.

Atombio does not operate its own backend for the contact form and does not maintain a database of contact-form submissions. Inquiries live in the team's mailbox; deletion is performed there.

We do not sell, rent, or share contact-form data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Sub-processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. They handle personal data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com, legal) — form delivery. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, topic, subject, and message are POSTed from your browser to Web3Forms, which forwards them to the Atombio inbox. Web3Forms is the data processor for that delivery hop.
• Vercel (vercel.com, privacy) — hosting and edge delivery of the site itself. Vercel processes standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) inherent to serving any web request.

Analytics

In the production deployment, we may load Plausible Analytics (plausible.io, privacy) for privacy-respecting, aggregated traffic measurement. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sites or sessions. The script is loaded only when the production analytics domain is configured; it is not loaded in preview or development environments.

We do not run any other analytics, advertising, error-reporting, or fingerprinting scripts on this site.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted by emailing s.yao@atombioworks.com. Because we do not maintain a database of contact-form submissions, deletion typically means removing the corresponding email thread from our inbox and asking Web3Forms to purge any retained delivery logs on request.
