AptaBLE: A Deep Learning Platform for Aptamer Generation and Analysis

We are pleased to share that Atombio has published a new preprint, AptaBLE: A Deep Learning Platform for Aptamer Generation and Analysis. Aptamers are single-stranded oligonucleotides that bind molecular targets with high affinity and specificity, but their discovery remains time-consuming, expensive, and susceptible to experimental biases. AptaBLE is a deep learning framework for predicting aptamer-protein binding, with two de novo generation methods that produce novel aptamers with desired specificity profiles and binding affinities as low as 31 nM to date. This work advances Atombio' platform for multi-objective nucleic acid design, extending our generative capabilities from RNA to the targeted world of therapeutic and diagnostic aptamer development.
