Atombio at ICLR '25
EvoFlow-RNA at ICLR 2025
We are thrilled to share that Atombio presented a paper at ICLR 2025, one of the world's most prestigious AI research conferences, at its AI for Nucleic Acids (AI4NA) workshop. Alongside NeurIPS and ICML, ICLR is recognized as one of the three highest-impact conferences in machine learning and AI.
Our paper, EvoFlow-RNA: Generating and Representing non-coding RNA with a Language Model, introduces a bidirectional RNA language model that bridges the gap between RNA sequence representation and design — outperforming leading RNA models on benchmark tasks, synthesizing diverse sequences with native-like biophysical properties, and optimizing aptamer sequences while preserving binding recognition sites. This work is a direct expression of Atombio' commitment to multi-objective nucleic acid design, bringing us closer to programmable, property-aware RNA molecules for therapeutic applications.
